And you would not be able to afford us if New York law did not allow us to work for you without any cost to you during the pendency of your claim in Court, and only take our fee of 1/3 of the compensation we recover for you. This means you pay nothing to us, ever, unless we win the case at trial or settle it before trial. And we used to work on 'the other side': 25 years ago, upon graduating law school, Gordon Diefenbach worked at a leading medical malpractice defense law firm, Martin, Clearwater & Bell, defending doctors, hospitals and drug companies. balance the odds to give our clients top representation. In that regard, we retain
the brightest lawyers from the top 10 law schools. Few plaintiffs'
firms have that balance of trial experience and Ivy League credentials.
Our firm is dedicated

under $100,000.00. Founder Gordon Price Diefenbach has cultivated a network of highly qualified
