History
What sets The Najdovski Law Firm apart is its unique history and educational credentials. Most Ivy League educated lawyers such as Z. G Najdovski and Angelo Kramvis represent big corporations, drug companies, insurance companies, large-asset landlords and construction companies. We represent you. As a young lawyer, its founder once worked for a leading medical malpractice defense law firm, Martin, Clearwater & Bell, defending doctors, hospitals and drug companies. We know how they defend the cases we bring against them. We are not in the business of targeting doctors, hospitals, big pharma as defendants because it's a lottery ticket. We do it for you. Most plaintiffs' lawyers do not have the experience of having been on the other side of the fence. We do. On most cases, therefore, the defense firms and insurance companies know us.
Our firm is committed to the principle
that practicing this type of law-- representing aggrieved individuals as plaintiffs
against often powerful corporations, big pharma and multi-billion dollar insurance
companies-- is not just a business. It is a public service and our profession.
We have Manhattan medical malpractice lawyers and trial lawyers with over 50 years of combined experience. We select cases each year which have a large settlement value or jury verdict potential. We strive mightily to
balance the odds to give our clients top representation. In that regard, we retain
the brightest lawyers from the top 10 law schools. Very few plaintiffs'
firms have that balance of history and academic credentials.
Our firm is dedicated
to representing the seriously injured and has never, to date, settled a case for
under $100,000.00. The Najdovski Law Firm brings the expertise of over 50 years
of combined courtroom experience. The firm's goal is to aggressively negotiate each case
through the litigation process to a favorable resolution and take a case to trial
if necessary. Founder Z.G. Najdovski has cultivated a network of highly qualified
medical doctors to assist in the evaluation, management and prosecution of the firm's
cases.
Finally, we were one of the first New York plaintiffs' medical law firms to be at the forefront of using computer
and IT technology in order to maximize settlements and jury verdicts. Today the
firm continues this trend. The firm's offices are in the city's "hottest wired"
building which is part of the world-class New York Information Technology Center
(www.55broad.com) in the Financial District of Manhattan.
