Our referral fees to lawyers

We offer a 50% referral fee to attorneys on most cases, which, if you have not discovered yet as an attorney, is higher than the industry standard. Why do we do this: because we like new cases.

We want lawyers to refer cases. We can obtain higher values. The value of a case is not just the facts of the case and the resultant injuries. It's who you have as your lawyer. As an example, a client came to us and said that another lawyer valued his case at $35,000.00. Our firm took that case and rather than file in New Jersey, we filed in the United States District Court, Southern District, under diversity jurisdiction. We obtained a settlement of $482,500.00.

In fact, to date, we have never settled a case for under $ 100,000.00. We know of no other NY attorney or law firm who can boast that record.

So we want to hear from lawyers. If you have a client who may have a case, please call (917) 734-7111.

Who we are and why are we helping our clients?

Under NY law, once we take a NY medical malpractice case and ultimately obtain money on it, our firm takes a 30% cut on the first $ 250,000.00 we collect (See, Judiciary Law § 474-a) and 33% generally on other non-medical cases. We work for our money. We work 8 hours, and sleep 8 hours, and unlike others, it's not the same 8 hours. After 50 years of combined legal experience, we've gotten quite good at getting money for our clients. And thanks to the 30% cut NY law allows, it's how we pay for the infrastructure we have that allows us to continue representing new clients. We are here to build an Ivy League plaintiffs' firm that will withstand the test of time.
